Lilliput 629GL DVI Touch Screen Monitor Allows Users to Unlock NVidea Dual Video Features

This week we had an opportunity to test the brand new Lilliput DVI compatible 629 based 7” touch screen monitor.

Lilliput reengineered their popular 629 GL monitor to include a DVI port. This is only the second 7” touch screen monitor on the market to include DVI compatibility. While the Xenarc DVI touch screen is significantly higher in price than the analog model, Lilliput only charges slightly more for their version, making it the most affordable touch screen DVI on the market.

Having a DVI port on the 7” touch screen allows users to unlock the dual video output already present in motherboards with the NVidea chipset. Since the NVidea chipset requires one output to be digital and the other to be analog this feature was not available for car pc users until now.

Combine our PCI case, a second sound card a DVI monitor and a VGA monitor to create a cost-effective DIY dual zone system.
